💰 India based Scaler Academy secured $55m in funding to help students and professionals upgrade their skills. Scaler claims that under the parent company, InterviewBit, revenue jumped 200% over the pre-Covid level
💰 Dutch EdTech Studytube closed a $30m Series B round. The company offers an online L&D platform through a SaaS-enabled marketplace, providing courses from third-party providers
💰 Finnish startup Jobilla raised €8.25m to build AI-powered candidate-driven recruiting funnels and help companies battle the increasingly competitive war for talent amidst the Great Resignation
💰 Dutch female-founded startup Equalture bagged €2.75m to fight hiring bias and promote diversity by ensuring a first impression is “based on science instead of gut”
💰 Nigeria’s AltSchool Africa raised $1m to build an alternative school for Africans. It offers a 1 year program where students take classes followed by a tech internship to gain experience
